From the beginning I was completely in communication and understood the process of buying a house. Every aspect of the process was met with care and concern. At the end of the day the entire team went above and beyond to ensure this experience was as easy as possible and the outcome was the best for my situation. I could not ask for a better team and I certainly don't think that ever find one.
Underwriters are a pain in the rear with asking for last minute documents that are almost identical or identical to already received documents and then making up last minute requirements that didn’t exist before. They added so much more anxiety to the process but my main team did a great job running interference and trying to explain why they were doing certain things when possible. If the underwriters could get their acts together, it would be a much better experience
