After looking a several other loan companies where they had a bunch of hidden fees, Veterans United definitely looked out for us. They are very upfront and honest!
I am a middle aged man and I have been renting property for many years, until now. I never thought in my wildest dream that I would be a home owner but with the help of VA and Veterans United they made my dream come true. I was holding back, postponing my dream in pursing a home but something just clicked. No, in fact they helped everything click and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I am in awe still that I can finally call a home....my own. Thank you Veterans United and the Team that helped me achieve my dream!
Veterans United worked quickly to insure we could close when we needed to. Our team was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Zach Kieffer and Julie Cute went above and beyond to ensure our home purchase went off without a hitch. They made this process easy -- something I didn't think possible when buying a house 2400 miles across the country -- and I can't imagine doing it without them. I highly recommend the team for anyone needing a new mortgage or refinance on their existing home. They will go the extra mile for you.
Veterans United Home Loans has been tremendous.

I came across Veterans United via google and called. I’m so glad I did! We started the process that day and everything went so smoothly up to and including closing. Every one I was in contact with is very helpful, professional, and pleasant. I would definitely recommend.
We would highly recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! The process is seamless! The staff is very professional, helpful, and prompt to answer any questions. A great experience!
This was my first home buying experience, and it was terrible, and it pissed me off repeatedly. You’re nothing but a number to these people. Every party involved in this transaction from myself, my employer, my agent, the sellers, the sellers agent, AND the title clerk were highly aggravated with veterans united as a whole. The title clerk cringes when she sees this company come across her desk, because it’s the same thing every time. The lack of communication is the single biggest problem, no one knew what was going on at any given time. My agent confirmed times at which I was available to do certain details, and VU kept changing the time to something I wasn’t available for, and VU was retold repeatedly when and where I was available. It’s almost like VU doesn’t give a shit what the plans are for everyone involved, just as long as they can check the block for another VA loan.Did I get into the house I wanted? YesIs the interest rate at the national average for a VA loan at closing time? YesThey weren’t rude people, very pleasant but they literally asked for the same documents many times over, shit that had already been sent twice before. It’s like this company has a comprehension problem, and that’s what I don’t get.For it being my first experience with hone buying, it was terrible, and I’m glad it’s over.I wouldn’t recommend this company to my dead grandmother.
I would recommend anyone who is looking to refinance to Veterans United!
