I made an account in August 2024 I believe, and the team had me pre approved some time in February. By May 7, 2025 I officially closed on my first home. There isn't enough room on this page to express how wonderful Veterans United, Jacob and his team were. We are not first time home buyers nor VA Loan buyers, and this experience by far has exceeded our expectations. Jacob, was always there communicating and answering any questions we might have had, even with the time difference living in Belgium. We worked together and was able to get pre-approved, find a home, and close in an extremely short period of time. There were absolutely no hiccups. I was very pleased with such professional service I received during the home purchasing process. This was a much more better experience that I had received from other loan companies. Everyone made sure I was on track and didn't hit a bump and the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed during the entire process. Mark was truly great. He advised me where I stood, what I needed to fix and how to make better decisions on my finances to ensure I could quality for the home I desired; a total true professional.

The sale was delayed by person not being in office the morning it was sent to her start working on it. Which was very frustrating. And emails didn't come across about the wellness check for 3 days. When there are storm in the areas I think a simple phone call would be better because lightning gets between the satellites and delays these things. I could explain all to you but I think to get the idea. It ended up hurting the seller more than it me. But it has hurt me a lot. Now I am in a rush on every thing. I cannot get down there until next week.
My Loan officer Schandler Rogers is without question the best. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate all the effort he and his team put into helping me achieve this milestone. I’m a happy homeowner because of their dedication and hard work ethic. Thank each and every one of you.
Evan and the team who worked with him to make home buying possible has been overall an excellent experience. They all were efficient and the communication was well above the call of duty. I would rate higher if I could but for now a 10/10!
