Look elsewhere. Yeah, I got my house but the process was frustrating. I don't know how this organization has a high satisfaction rating. I was not impressed.

Everyone that I had contact with at Veterans United was very professional and helpful. This is my second time using their service and would certainly do so again.


I would consider assigning an appraiser that’s willing to give the best experience possible to veterans. We have some hiccups with my appraiser which made it feel like using this lender was not in the best interest of the veteran due to her appraisal. Overall, other than that, I loved the work ethic of VA United Loans and their customer service throughout the home buying process.

I think like some I had my doubts and reservations about using Veterans United. I wasn’t sure what to expect and didn’t know if it would even work out. I spoke to different people from different companies to see who could put me on the right track to purchase our for ever home. The Veterans United team made the actual effort that some of these other companies promised they would do for me and I was set to be on the right track to buying a place we can call our own. It’s good to be careful about who you purchase with but I also think it’s important for future potential buyers to know that Veterans United can make the Home Owning Dream come true. Easier then you think I even.
