My loan specialist recommended a title company that I would never recommend to anyone. My closing date did not occur as scheduled and no one contacted me to provide any information. Communication was terrible.

I have had the opportunity to work with Veterans United before when building our home 5 years ago and we decided to go with the preferred lender only because the builder talked us into it. I regretted that decision from day one. When the opportunity came to refinance our loan it was obvious whom I would be contacting and that would be Veterans United.
