Two totally different experiences. Buying a home was great. Refinancing with Veterans United was one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with real estate. Very disorganized, would not recommend this to anyone. They use a cheap on call lawyer system that is incredibly unorganized and unprofessional.

My team with my first time home purchase were the best in the business. Where it was Melissa or Rachel they were always there to answer any questions and kept me updated. All of the people I dealt with at veterans united were subject matter experts. They are hard working, and kept me informed of every aspect of the home buying process. They constantly followed up with me. They called, they texted, they emailed. I never felt uninformed. The only hard part of the process was picking the home. I will recommend them to any of my veteran brothers and sisters looking for a home. They have my trust.
