I have used Veterans United three times and each time has been nothing but excellent. My loan officer is always very responsive and super helpful.
It was hard for us old geezers sending everything electronically at first, but it got a little easier as we got used to it. Overall, we were pleased with the smoothness of the whole process.
On active duty, one becomes accustomed to the military's professionalism and commitment to the mission. I would recommend Veterans United to any veteran who is planning to purchase a home. A VA loan in itself has so many advantages over a traditional mortgage and Veterans United made the whole transaction seamless. We ran into issues along the way with the seller, Veterans United was extremely flexible, without them, I'm not sure we would have followed through with the purchase. Even our lawyer stated that United Veterans was easier to work with than most mortgage companies.
