Ted richardson and Michael butrum helped alot. We had kind of a rocky road but they guided a d help very well



Poor customer service. Poor communication or lack thereof. When we were finally able to reach someone, they rushed us as if we were imposing on their busy schedule. Numerous attempts requesting a phone call back ended up with text messages or emails. Voice mail re-directed to the team, but the option once selected forwarded me to another voice mailbox. We did not close on time, even when we established a date due to paperwork errors. These errors led to additional charges. The bottom line, communication here was entirely broken throughout this process. I expect a phone call back when you say you will call back that day or after. If problems arise, I should not be finding out days after it was identified.

To many closing tables (5), I lost earnest money, KW was made to pay for a survey that was requested by Veterans United, that is just wrong, the disorganized loan officer,I think he needs to be retrained, very unprofessional, the original contact was 0 down NO closing, seller's pay closing! Instead it was put on the end of the mortgage note, which took the mortgage to the same amount of the appraisal. I think that one of the co-owner needs to respond. James Garrett Shalom

Daniel Lowes was very helpful through the whole process. We knew nothing about buying a house, so he helped us through every question and walked us through everything. I will be recommending "vu" to any of my fellow vets that are in the market.
