Just my loan specialist Nicholas Staudenmyer was really good. He was also stepping up and answering my question even though I had a mortgage coordinator to take the lead for closing out.
I applied to other lenders and they were so over the top with what they needed and regarding their process. Not to mention, they were all over the place in general. Veterans United was official every step of the way from the information gathering to the responses. I understand asking for a lot of documents to verify individuals is intrusive but it's needed. And I would encourage every person to just give up the information as fast as possible. It makes everything else go so smoothly.
