I would definitely recommend Veterans United they are a very solid company from start to finish they work really hard to get the process going for you to get you to homeownership and it’s hard to find a company nowadays that is not focused on the bottom line more then the client but i didn’t seem to get that from them or feel like i was another person just passing thru and that’s says a lot to me

Our team, Derek Russell, Daithe, Krista and Rachel (Realtor) was the best! Even underwriting which is sometimes intimidating. It went sooo well and quick. They were all very professional, great customer service & friendly. Derek and his team were great to work with! They were constantly providing info & reaching out to us which gave us much confidence in the process. The process was almost effortless - this team took the difficulty out of it. Overall, it was a positive experience, but call/text often for updates, and coordinate with your realtor to work with them. The timeline from pre-approval to close wasn’t entirely clear, so stay on top of that, and always text or e-mail with questions, as that’s the fastest way to get a response.
