Of all the decisions I've had to make in the last 2 months, using VU was the simplest. After starting the process, I didn't really have to do anything except sign some disclosures along the way. The website is so easy to use - I can't think of any reason not to use VU.
For my experience as a first time home buyer, I am quite pleased how the loan team made the experience easy. They were excellent in instructing me on each step in the process as well as outlying the process in general rather through email or their tutorial videos. Also gotta express the open clarity of the process and how much the buyer might expect to pay for his or her property overall. I would recommend to my friends and family Veterans United after how they worked with me and making the process as smooth as possible.

Courteous, accommodating and easy to work with. They look out for your interests, in a process that involves numerous parties. It’s hard not being skeptical of starting a process online, I certainly was, but it’s straight forward and less time consuming. Get some.
