We preferred the previous notary who visited with us last time. The woman who assisted us last year was excellent. This year the Notary was not noteworthy.

Nothing Follows
Great reason to get a low rate. Keeps you up to date most of the time, still had to call several times to find out what was going on.

If the underwriter is going to be a week to get back to us, just say so. Every step of the way I was lead on and not told any accurate info. It took over a month just to close on this house. We already had the final negotiated price and home inspection done. Still took over a month.
