Perhaps better supervision of subordinate staff, at times they seemed to lack common sense. Overall good experience though.
My loan officer Laura was such a great help throughout the whole process! Everything was longer then usual through this COVID 19 that it was a slower process. But I thank Laura and the rest of the staff for working beside us through this ordeal!!
Brad was very nice and professional and so were the members of his team!
The whole experience was smooth, everything was handled so all I had to fo was find my house.
I absolutely developed a continuing partnership and gained true colleagues with Matt my loan officer and the entire Veterans United Team-- Thank you!10 out of 10 | Premium service was achieved. -Wayne L. Biebel

I would recommend Veterans United to anyone. The process was well streamlined and I always felt that I was well taken care of. They really made the home buying process easy!
Great experience and would definitively recommend to my fellow colleagues. Easy process and the team made my experience a good one.
Walked into home with no AC. Had to do immediate repairs. This was a really bad first home buying experience. Make sure to get a good home inspector. Things that they claimed were fixed like reversing the hot and cold lines in the kitchen sink weren't fixed.
Great team that takes care of veterans. They truly live up to the Veterans United" brand.
There were times I was stressing and my Loan officer had to calm me down. I'm so happy John was my loan officer.
Great Experience!
Tony was outstanding in providing information and routinely followed up to ensure my situation was taken care of. Very appreciative and would highly recommend to others.
I would recommend Veterans United to any Veteran. They streamlined the process on their end so that I could focus on finding and buying the house I love, which I am currently living in. Not having to worry about as much of the financial burden was a huge help as well. If you want to buy a home, trust Veterans United. They will not steer you wrong.
I’ll definitely recommend Veterans United to all my veteran friends.
For the most part, the process was pretty smooth and easy. It only took about three weeks to get approved. Then...
I was told by VU that my wife, who is not on the deed or the mortgage, would have to sign a single doc for the State of Florida. She actually had to sign at least fifteen to twenty docs, everything except the note itself. I was not told there would be a three day waiting period after the signing before the payoff checks were mailed to the creditors, which added another few days to the payoffs.
