Veterans United is an amazing company who always puts you first! From the CEO down to the loan officer, they care about veterans and want to help you and your family. I couldn’t have had a better experience! I have bought 2 homes using Veterans United and I will use them again next time I buy a home! I highly recommend them!!
Veterans United was very easy to work with. Lots of documentation needed of course, but their processes were simple/easy to use. Communication was on point, and being able to text back and forth was great!The only issue I had was I’d have to double sign in when logging in. Maybe from using my iPhone vs a PC🤷🏻♂️? After email/password then entering the numbered code and clicking continue, it would stay on that screen(but refresh), then after doing the process again, it would let me in.

The Team did a very good job of working with me & walking me through all the steps of the loan process. I liked the to do list; it kept me on track & knowing what I needed to do. They emailed or called & even texted me when I needed to do something or send paperwork.
They did an awesome job walking me through the process and keeping me informed the whole way. And were willing to answer all my questions no matter how silly they were.
Everyone as a team were great. They made me as if I were one of there family members. They provided me with straight forward answers which I appreciated!
