The Veterans United team was very professional very thorough and worked my case very fast me and my wife are very happy to have been served by Veterans United I would recommend them to any veteran

Tom and his team are the best ever. I will refer all my friends to him. Superior job.

Fast & Awesome service!

Veterans United is quick and efficient when closing on houses. Refinancing was simple and hassle free.

Veterans United were so helpful along the journey of my home buying experience. The lighthouse program first helped me to raise my credit, and then my loan team did an amazing job of making sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I feel so lucky to have used them for my first home purchase with a VA loan.

Katie Rose, Katie Willis and the entire team I had were outstanding with answering any questions I had. They were always quick to get back to me with info I needed or asked for. Kudos to Veterans United for helping me get my new home.

This was an amazing experience!

Great people made refi easy from start to finish.

Great experience. Would recommend to other veterans.

Veterans United might seem far away out of state, but their dependable, credible, and provide an intimate experience with home buying or refinancing. Their representatives aren’t like car salesman, they respect and educate us on the process and tackle obstacles with us.
I’m very thankful for Veterans United being professional.

Veteran United Home Loans has helped me from day one to finish. They are an outstanding company.

Had some confusion with credit bureau file access.

This was my second time around and I cant say enough about how easy the process was. The people are what makes this company stand out from all others. I have and will continue to recommend them every chance I get. Have a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

The only feedback I have is that it would be great to have a little bit more communication about certain steps in the process. For instance, I had no idea Equifax was going to be calling me and asking me to conference call with my previous mortgage company to verify my old mortgage. That was unsettling in a time when identify theft is so common.Lastly, it would be great to have a live conversation to go over the closing costs. Looking at those was very overwhelming and confusing, especially since there were so many costs involved. For instance, we had no idea of the $10,000 VA loan fee. That would’ve been nice to know earlier in the process versus finding out when we are reviewing and signing the final closing disclosure.

I have already recommended Veterans United to my family.
