Over the past seven months veterans United has proven to be a stable constant in an otherwise frustrating system. Their communication was exemplary, and their knowledge of the homebuilding process surpassed that of even the realtor responsible for keeping the buyers, my family, informed. An example, when interest rates dipped in late June, my loan specialist called me and suggested we lock in our interest-rate early. She took the time to explain that even if we required an extension, it would be to our advantage to have the low interest rate. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication to customer service that veterans United provided.
Lynn Heath was a great help and communicated her needs well. Scott (I can’t even tell you his last name) really didn’t interact at all.
This is the second time we’ve used Veterans United. We have been so impressed with the professionalism and care we’ve gotten from Donald Webber.
