From a transition to civilian life and a new career, to moving halfway across the country, to a worldwide pandemic, to getting furloughed, Ashton and Paige stuck with my family the whole time and helped us obtain our dream home. They explained the normal process to us, and adapted in real time as the world started to go crazy. Without their steadfast support, and Ashton's wonderfully comforting talk-show host voice, this experience would have been a nightmare. I cannot recommend Veteran's United enough, and in the event that we move again, will not hesitate to utilize Veteran's United once again.
I went with this company because they didn’t have restrictions on how many acres we could get with the house. But if I could have found another company that could offer me the same thing and had to do it over again I would never ever chose this company again.

There was a discrepancy with another company during this time. "Freedom Mortgage" contacted me around the same time as my refinance was started with Veterans United. They claimed to be working hand in hand with Veterans United and thus, started another refinance causing a lot of confusion. I have halted any work with Freedom at this time.
Tim Langdon has been my primary contact at Veterans United. However there have been instances where it was necessary to deal with someone at Veterans United, other than Tim and those other folks were also very helpful, friendly and competent.
Veterans United is an excellent partner for Veterans. They make what is typically a very painful process pretty straightforward and doable.
As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. A LOT of questions. VU was there every step of the way, always making sure to get back to us quickly and answer us thoroughly. Also, the socks were a nice touch!

Dorothy Willy was my first contact at Veterans United Home Loans. She was extremely professional and warm at the same time. I felt like I was getting help from a friend throughout the entire process. She treated me with kindness, patience, and understanding...which is the same way that I have always treated people. There's a lot to be said about "approachability!" If I had questions (and I had A LOT of them), she was quick to respond which took away a lot of stress on MY END. I was blessed to have had her assigned to me as my loan specialist. I believe that she is a true asset to your company!!!!
