We were extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough Jason was. I’ve been a loan processor for 15 years in WA state - the process is a bit different there; however, I’ve never seen any of the loan officers so hands on and take initiative as Jason had. It was refreshing and the process was extremely smooth. Without Jason, I honestly think we would have given up on the house between the ball being dropped so many times being the agents, seller, and escrow agent. Veteran’s United process was extremely efficient - we lucked out at finding them after reaching out to a few lenders (all with fantastic reviews) and didn’t feel comfortable with their sales-y vibe. We cannot recommend them enough.
Terry and his team stuck with is during the whole process. They answered all our questions, and adressed all our concerns immediately. As a vet., this is a team I would be more then glad to have my back in a sticky situation. Keep up the excellent work with helping our vets
