My skepticism soon vanished as their rates were still hugely competitive with bigger banks. I am a first time home buyer, so naturally, I had a lot of questions. He and his loan team did everything in their power to make this process as swift and painless as possible. I always felt supported and fully informed as to what was happening each step of the way. I’ve heard escrow is a pretty stressful experience for most people. I have no frame of reference, but this experience was much smoother than I had anticipated.
