The staff are professional and great customer service. Unfortunately, not much else went well. I was over charged for my appraisal, they didn't have anyone in our county SO, I had to pay $250 more to get a person from another county. THAT IS NOT MY FAULT, what a rip off. I understand underwriting would need additional info, however they asked for the same docs over and over, termite inspection, the invoice stated two detached building, but they wanted detail about the building??? What? the company provided invoice that wasn't good enough. The poor guy had to send a detailed email before we could move forward. Bank statement, ours includes 3 accounts, checking, savings, & money market. We had to send it two times, I said, the info you want is in the bank statements already sent, but that didn't matter. I think the team is either inexperienced or they are extremly unorganized.
