We originally started with Navy Federal Credit Union. We were not impressed with the customer service. The final straw was when they gave us an interest rate higher than they had advertised. We immediately started shopping around and came across Veterans United. We are extremely happy with the customer service we experienced immediately. They made sure we closed on time and even got us a better interest rate than what anybody was advertising at the time. I am recommending Veterans United to every veteran I know.

This is the 3rd house I've bought, and Veterans United made the process easy. Their to-do list laid everything out in a very simple format and made accumulating the required information the easiest I have experienced. Julia (my point of contact) was very responsive and knowledgeable and responded to questions promptly. The process is tough, but Veterans United was great. I highly recommend them.
