I looked into another highly reputable agency before ultimately going with VUHL and while they were attentive and treated me well, they didn't have nearly as much knowledge about VA loans. In comparoson, VUHL was able to do more and get me more as a prospective buyer. While I would never discourage anyone from shopping around in the name of making an informed decision, I would strongly urge any VA loan elligible persons to give VUHL a try- just like their name says, it's what they do; so they know their stuff!
From start to finish things moved very smooth. Nick would text from time to time to help keep both of us up to date as the search for a home is time consuming. When it was time for the documents he would answer any question that came to mind. The staff at veterans United kept us informed every step of the way and willing to help if there were any questions in the process. Buying a home is complex but they boiled it down in simple terms so we could understand what was next and what we needed to do to make this home purchase A reality.

First time home buyer with a lot of anxiety over the process of buying a home.
