The process was seamless and, at least how I precieved it, astoundingly quick.
The whole experience from start to finish was exceptionally well done by Dave and his team. From the concierge service, to the prompt communication via multiple means, and the professional courteous service, I was constantly impressed.
It was mostly a pleasant experience. The title company was terrible. They tried to rush me though the contacts a women literally said “I’m not saying I need you to hurry up, but I’m saying that you need to hurry up if you want to close today”
Why did they schedule it on a Friday so late knowing there wasn’t a lot of time, then have the nerve to rush me through something so important. On top of that they screwed up a bunch of numbers causing me to pay thousands seemingly out of the blue at the last minute. Please don’t don’t work with that company again for your client's sake.
We have had two loans with Mike and his team and had fabulous results couldn't ask for any better service.W hen we went to closing the agent said she loves closing with veterans United because they always have everything in order and on time.

Ryan and Arlem did an amazing job through what has been a lengthy process. Both were never frustrated with my 1000 questions and both were extremely quick in processing my loan. I was initially expected to close the week of the 26th and I closed Friday the 22nd! Very happy with my service and I will be back if I decide to buy another home!
My loan team was very helpful, answered all my questions, and helped me get ready for preapproval and closing. Everyone was very professional and personable.
The veterans United team was outstanding. From the very beginning Neko helped us tremendously with understanding the whole process of home loans and the requirements for a home loan. Neko helped set our expectations and communicated with us very well for things we needed to submit or things we were having trouble finishing.
