Our experience with Veterans United went so smooth. We could not believe it. My husband and I already knew what home we wanted so we quickly called Veterans United and within A-day we had a Realtor. We were given a Preapproval letter and within 3 days we had an accepted offer from the Seller. We use the Veterans United Electronic Portal, to submit all of our documents. We Expedited that very quickly. I made sure that we sent them everything they asked us for as quickly as we could get it together. Then we received a closing date. After submitting all of the forms and having the Inspection and Appraisal done, all we had to do was wait for the Underwriting team to give the signal for the clear to close. It went so fast and smooth. Veterans United call us and Congratulated us on our Clear to Close. The closing took place a few days later without a hitch. The total process happened within 30 days!
