Poor communication on what was needed for inspection, caused the closing to be delayed. Appraisal rate was very high compared to other appraisers. Did not tell me I needed a water test until 2 weeks after they received the home inspection. Then they waited to verify my employment til the last minute causing me to wait around after I closed.
