Veterans United has no equal. They are punctual, respectful, knowledgeable and kept me up to date of the process of my home buying journey. They went above and beyond to close on my house, though we changed the closing date two weeks earlier. There is no better company out there for Veterans.
After our initial purchase using VU, we thought that process was simple. However, the streamline refi could not have been made easier and the computer program that VU currently has in place for the upload of documents, is priceless. With the unprecedented times we are going through, being able to upload the documents in such a proficient manner in order to close the refi so quickly, made this refi very stress free.

Of all the decisions I've had to make in the last 2 months, using VU was the simplest. After starting the process, I didn't really have to do anything except sign some disclosures along the way. The website is so easy to use - I can't think of any reason not to use VU.
For my experience as a first time home buyer, I am quite pleased how the loan team made the experience easy. They were excellent in instructing me on each step in the process as well as outlying the process in general rather through email or their tutorial videos. Also gotta express the open clarity of the process and how much the buyer might expect to pay for his or her property overall.
