Customer service was excellent from all departments. Online system was easy to use and made document requests a breeze. Thank you Veterans United for making this life change as painless as possible.

Not pleased at all still waiting for money; and still had to make sept payment and still unsure ab the October one that was promised we would not have! Honestly wished we would have went with our current providers Penny MAC. They are upfront honest and would have never taken this long. This process was ridiculously lengthy. People still have out of office voicemails from August which is insane. My business would never allow that. Overall pretty sad

Theirs videos you can watch during your process which made it easy to understand too. There is a reason why this is my second time working with Veterans United. They do their job,....very well!Having just purchased my fourth home, working with other lenders the first two times, VU has been by far the best one to work with. They make it more of a personal working relationship then just a working relationship. I never had any worries to speak of. It took way to long to do my refinance. I wasn’t as informed as I had been in the past. I’ve had two previous loans and the process went great. This one took 4 months and I wasn’t told ahead of time what I needed to do. I was also made to submit documents multiple times. This was the most frustrating experience I’ve had with this company. They also had an issue with my title were it said my ex husbands’s name on the title which I resolved in the last refinance. That refinance was only done in order to get his name off. It also looks like I got charged to track down Ia title I already got fixed. I also got charged twice for the pest inspector. Also my credit was severely impacted by this. I anticipated a significant drop but not anticipate having a hard pull down 3 times. I’m showing these pulls on my credit. I am really not happy. The only reason I continued is because I have had a really good experience prior to this.
