Kyle made the entire loan process easy to understand and smooth. The entire process was easier than I expected.
Great company and very involved in the home buying process. They’re fast to process data and request documentation needed to build a file for the underwriters. Communication is good, but stay involved in the process to insure nothing is missed. If you’re involved and quick to respond the process will close on time problem free.

Veterans United worked efficiently to approve a loan under more than one unique circumstance. There were responsive and professional throughout the process and we were able to close on the new property without any delays. On top of that, VU's origination fee was reasonable and their online user interface was easily navigable. If you are worried about lender delays making your purchase more difficult than it needs to be, this is probably the place for you.
