When I wasn’t sure about any particular step of the process she took the time to explain it until I felt comfortable and confident with my decisions. Documents that needed to be signed or uploaded was made easy because of the technology that they have access to. She also sent me short clips about various steps that needed to be completed along the way. These videos were informative and helpful. I’m grateful for her hard work and expertise in putting our packet together so we could buy a home. She helped us close on our home in about a month’s time. Nani was dedicated to having us succeed. The Title company process was a bit lacking: we did not know how much and how we were supposed to bring to the closing until virtually a day before, which was a Sunday. This must change.
If you want a smooth, well informed and stress-free closing, go with Veterans United. They are by far the best mortgage company I’ve ever used... and I’ve used them twice now. Before them, I had home purchases that were delayed at closing due to major surprises unveiled at closing. That’s never been the case with VU. I’ve even had my parents use them and they were just as impressed. If you need a VA loan, there is no better company to assist you than Veterans United. Period.
