This was such a smooth transition. The only gripe, which is not really a gripe, but be ready to lose a few thousand because before you know it. You’ll be closing in less than a month.

The only thing I would suggest is a quicker email response. It seemed to take at least a day or two at times to get a response back during the process. Right at the very end when I had emailed regarding if we were being funded on the 30th. I got a response a few hours later stating that "we were funded as planned". I wasn't sure what that meant and responded asking if that meant we were being funded that day. I never received a response back. We did have the money in the bank the following morning but it would have been nice to get a response to the question regardless.
Other than that, everything went fine.
I have to say again the rest of the team Krystal and Jenna (I hope I forgot no one) are Rock Stars their professionalism, patience, and dedication to the task are nothing short of gold albums. They helped make our experience with Veterans United exceptional. Thank You All!
