Except for one weird request from the underwriter, Everything went remarkably well.
The underwriter asked for something that was completely irrelevant and caused a change in the way my home was titled.

Nathan has put together an all star lineup. We have purchased multiple homes with his assistance and our daughter has purchased a home through him as well.
Couldn’t imagine using anyone else, but Nathan and Veterans United.

The first time we worked with veterans united we had a great experience. This time around was not as great. There were lots of dropped balls and lack of transparency. The inexperience of this team was frustrating and I felt as though we were not important.

This is the third home I've purchased. In my opinion, Veterans United has the easiest and most streamline process I've dealt with. Their app makes it so easy to check in on where they are in the loan process as well as what you need to do next.I'd also recommend them to anyone even people with credit issues. They have a department that helps you develop a plan for you to work on getting your credit in a good place so your credit score is high enough for you to qualify to purchase a home.




This team is the BEST!! From day one, we felt supported, heard, and encouraged. Our team paid attention to small details, and worked hard to ensure that we crossed our T's and dotted our I's in a timely manner to ensure the best outcome. They went above and beyond to check all of our information for accuracy and approvals. They reassured us and updated us frequently during the entire process. They also responded to any and all questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly. They connected us to a real estate agent that also listened and met our needs perfectly. We were provided with checklists to ensure that we have all the necessary documents and steps. This is our forever home, but if we ever had to purchase another home again, this team IS the only team that we would EVER use!




I couldn’t ask for a better team great service and communication.

Im a veteran and saw no benefit to using your company versus others. I’ve personally had better results with NBKC, as they will drive down interest rates. Your company is all about making top dollar through higher interest rates. Your team closed on time, but is it not standard. Basic company with no benefit to veterans.
