From day one, my realtor Lance Nilson - sounds funny saying ‘my realtor’ because over the course of a few month he became ‘’ my friend’. Lance and his assistant Ryan have been there- above and beyond- in every aspect of not only the opening but through the closing as well. Every bump in the road - Lance was there to hold my hand (XD haha)- and I know some of the stuff he did wasn’t in his job description. After recently going through a divorce Lance seemed to also use that as knowledge as an additional drive to help me get from better rates to the continuity of being able to close. The cherry on top was he managed to help me reset my life financially for the most part after this devastation of my divorce. He always got right back to me. Answered every question. Even the stupid ones. He’s honest and he’s good and he’s been there for me like a best friend. He held my hand to the finish line - and between me myself and ALOT of different other circumstances in the way- Lance did it. Lance helped me close on my house as to mine only and on top of it - he was a gentlemen the entire way.
