The entire home buying process was made simple by Veterans United and their website. Everything they needed from me was listed for me to upload. Everything I needed to review was posted for me to sign at a moments notice. Brad Quint and Lizzie Marshall kept me on track as far as getting records in sooner than later, and I really appreciated those little reminders. Ann Ullrich, the referred real estate agent, worked around my busy schedule and was more than patient when we took our time viewing houses. They were all very helpful.

Derek has been very informative and easy to work with along the paperwork journey. Eg. If I had a new question about the paperwork I could always count on him to answer the question or he'd call me right back with an answer. I can't say enough about working with Derek! I originally found Derek when I bought my first home. At that time, with my first experience buying my first home i became very positive working with Derek.
