The Sr. Transaction Coordinator seems to need some education regarding the loan process and helping the customer be successful. There were many occasions throughout this process where I found myself delivering a document only to find out that I did it wrong or there was actually different or more information required. This was especially frustrating when it involved items where there were other 3rd parties involved. As an example:
I submitted the HOI policy as requested. It was not until a week or more later that the question was asked "Does this policy cover replacement" which turned into a mess that spanned for days. This could have easily been avoided by letting me know up front that the policy had to cover replacement AND that evidence was required regarding how it was calculated. Andy stepped in and it was resolved expeditiously, but this was an avoidable situation that was costly to people in terms of time spent to resolve.
I would also like to thank Kendra ford. she helped me several times and communicated ofter.
all in all we had a very good experience and thank anyone that was involved in it

Veterans united is a diamond in the rough world of finding a home loan specialist. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them!!!
Veterans United is really a great group of people.. They made the process much easier than I expected. I wish everyone involved the very best!! Choosing Veterans United was a fantastic decision. They renewed my trust in people. YEA HA!!!! Home owner, Me!!
It was a pleasure working with Veteranbs United! They made the hole process streamlined and easy. My loan came through in no time. I was extremely pleased from beginning to end!
Very helpful from stay to finish, always there to answer questions, and friendly.
I would recommend becoming familiar with all the branches statements of service. That was the only thing i stressed about because of the time crunch it put on me to get a letter from my commander. The digital one from the headquarters the was electronically signed was the only authorized form we had, and it turned out that the VA accepted it when the transaction coordinator said it wouldn't be accepted. other than that it was a great and easy experience.
Veterans United processed my loan and I was able to go to closing 39 days after signing a home purchase contract. The entire process was streamlined and very efficient.
This process is very much gear to have cysts all veterans with the home buying process they made it is very enjoyable experience and they were there throughout the process they provide a detailed follow up and they gave you some sound guidance and advice like no other I definitely will tell you I would not have made this purchase without their help in their guidance they are definitely in favor and definitely in support of the veterans
I highly recommend Veterans United for anyone looking for a mortgage. I have bought many homes and had many mortgages thru the years and this one ranks at the top of the list.
Extremely easy to get started and the rest is left to them and no hassels.
I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIOAL ABILITY OF BRITTANY IN SECURING MY NEW VA LOAN.
BRITTANY KEPT ME INFORMED BY TELEPHONE OR E-MAIL, AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK, DURING THE LOAN PROCESS FOR THE VA LOAN. SHE ALWAYS HAD TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS.
I HAVE INTERVIEWED MANY WOMEN OVER 40 YEARS OF MEDICAL PRACTCE TO WORK FOR ME. IF BRITTANY WERE ONEOF THE WOMEN, I WOULD RATE HER 100%.
YOU HAVE A GREAT GAL WORKING FOR YOU. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANY VETERAN FOR A VA LOAN.
YOU CAN USE MY NAME AND INFORMATION TO ANY VETERAN.......WITH PLEASURE.
