We would not recommend using this company. Our experience showed them to be disorganized, poor at internal and external communication, and dishonest. We were very disappointed! When we tried to give feedback for growth opportunities our loan specialist became defensive and then dishonest, threatening us with taking longer to complete the loan and potentially putting us out of contract with our home. We are all human and we do not expect perfection. Our hope was that we would be able to provide feedback for growth opportunities and move on. Unfortunately, this was not our experience.

This was my second refinance, but first VA loan refi. The first refinance was a mess. That company was unorganized and overly complicated. I had such a bad experience, I dreaded a refi on this home which I purchased through the VA. After many unsolicited letters in the mail, I began to start my research and found Veterans United. From the very first phone call to wrapping up my loan, the entire experience was not only pleasant but an educational experience. Ask for a different loan officer if you are assigned Brandon Worthington. We were a week away from closing and were so frustrated we almost changed lenders.
