We absolutely loved working with Greg and Britney. They communicated well, always kept us up to date, we're friendly, and offered incredible customer service. Veterans United and our the team that assisted we're hands down the best. We would have given it 10/10 but the processing and 3 party appraisal processing was ABSOLUTELY garbage. If it wasn't for Greg and Britney our review would have been poor and wouldn't recommend VU. HOWEVER, that is not the case. Ditch/improve the appraisal process it was horrible!!!! Only part of the process that was worst customer experience ever. As a whole we highly recommend VU, just take caution the 3 party appraisal process is not efficient and you can't communicate with the appraiser, your loan the can't talk to them, only these processors. It was so frustrating and terrible experience, but VU went above and beyond righting this. *Thumbs up*

I would definitely recommend Veterans United Home Loans to any Veteran looking to purchase a home. They are always willing to assist you throughout your homebuying process. I would use them if I purchased five more houses, that's how impressed I am.
