Sydney McFall, and her team, were A+ to work with. She kept in constant contact, and made sure I was taken care of. If she ever missed my call, she returned them ASAP. I couldn't of asked for a better experience going through the process. Their customer service was like night and day compared to the other people I considered going through.
Josh Stack took us through our first Veterans United mortgage process which seemed like a breeze. The process was quick and he responded to every question we had very quickly. It was a great experience. Fast forward to a few months ago and I was kind of shocked to hear from him again. He was giving us a great opportunity to refinance our mortgage at a way lower rate. I was expecting to have a lot of questions for him but he made the whole process smooth and quick. We closed on our refinance last Friday—they even sent someone to our house to complete all of that crazy paperwork. We worked with Mrs. Heather Damer, and I can't imagine anyone being more efficient, effective, thorough, personable and being a positive face/image for Veterans United. It should be noted that this is the second time we worked with Mrs. Damer, because she is just that good, and is supported by a wonderful team that is supported by positive the business practices and prices of Veterans United.
We felt the documentation required for our hand-written pay stubs was ridiculous. My husband has had the same job since 1991, and he is part owner. The company only has 3 employees who aren't contracted and hand-written pay stubs are what the company has used since 1982.
