Ashley Brown was phenomenal. I could not be more satisfied with her expertise, experience, communication, and explanations throughout the process. This was my third home purchase but she taught me so much and I felt extraordinarily confident navigating the process with her. This was a challenging purchase in many regards but she kept me at ease through the entire process. I am convinced that no other lender would have assisted me as deftly or confidently as Ashley did. Veterans United is a company that puts veterans first. I will always see what VU has to offer first they make the home buying process (or refinancing) as smooth as possible.
I would not recommend this company to my family, friends, or coworkers. My experience was not a pleasant one and I would utilize a different lender.
