Great interest rate, poor communication and transparency of cost and information. I would advise my team to ensure that all changes that involve $1700+ dollars to the buyer be disclosed at least 24 hours before closing. Information regarding the funding of the refinanced loans was not clear and cases multiple changes in payment. This experience was a headache to say the least

We have had the best customer service experience-and I am not just talking about home buying. When we make purchases these days, some big and some small, we sometimes feel like people are in such a big hurry to make that sale. I really felt like they people at VU don't just work here because they need a job, but because they sincerely want to help people find what they are looking for. We could not have asked for better service!


Do not go with Tiffany Ramirez Parado. I hear great things about veterans United we were actually recommend by my sister who loved her experience. We were just unfortunate I think to have a really bad, unprofessional, and very sneaky loan officer.
