Stefan Inman was one of the most professional and efficient individuals we had the pleasure of working with during this process and cannot say enough about his extensive kindness and customer service. Honestly, he and Nicole, our loan officer, made this home buying experience actually enjoyable, which I was not expecting. Veterans United had our six throughout it all, we are so absolutely grateful!

I never had to talk to anybody on the phone, which was great because it meant I didn’t have any problems. All requirements were easy to understand and the user interface on the vu website is simple and easy. I felt if I did have questions they were answered fully and very quickly by email. Matt and his team was easy to work with and very professional. If I ever need to purchase a new home I will definitely return to veterans United.
My overall experience was good but not enough of personal interaction with clients. I felt like I was going through this whole process by myself.

Our refinance with Veterans United was a great experience. Daniel Perry and his team did a great job and were there to answer any question at any time. They were straight shooters throughout and were very open and transparent from the first phone call until closing. Never made empty promises or fake estimates. Highly recommend! Great rates and great customer service!
