To emphasize my point, Tonya made herself available on a Sunday afternoon. I have never seen a person or group devote that type of commitment to a client. Joe Newberry and his team at United Veteran Home Loans in my opinion is the standard and epitome of how home loans should be handled. Anytime I had any questions, I could call, text, or email and I would have a response within ten minutes. No matter how trivial a question or concern was, they were always there to ease my mind. Making such a huge purchase is already stressful, but they always made sure to let me know that they had their end handled. Always professional and made sure I felt as if I were their only client at the time. It was also refreshing that Joe asked me if they could do anything better. I agree that nobody is perfect and he was looking for feedback to make the team even better than they already were! Refinance my mother's house and Gerrit took care of this process. It took so long because of me an job working so much and trying to get paperwork in. He is always available and or contacts you about the current situation . I had to increase the cash out and he took care of that before we went to signing.
