Our experience could have been frustrating, because of extenuating circumstances through the selling process. The VU staff worked diligently with our relator and we were finally able to close on our new home.

I have used Veterans United twice in last 3 years. My experience has been good. The only difference is different states don’t always have a office. This second loan was done totally online with the loan officer.

Please drop the VA appraisal inspector. He is working for himself at his own rate. He is not customer oriented and hinders the overall home ownership process. I served 20 years for my country and felt totally disrespected by him. I did not deserve it and feel that any other veteran would feel the same.
