It was great having someone help us research and secure home owner's insurance, and also look into utilities for our new home. It was also really helpful having an online system where you could easily upload documents and images. The online system was simple to track where your paperwork was in the process, what was still needed, how to get what was needed, and when each task was completed. Our home loan specialist, Shawn, was nothing short of amazing as well. His expertise, guidance, support, and patience were much appreciated. Although buying a home was stressful, if I have to buy another home in the future, I would go with Veterans United Home Loans in a heartbeat. The process up until closing was easy to do and understand. Lack of communication with out of pocket expenses was not appreciated. 0 down payment with seller paying all closing costs should not have been $1407 out of our pocket.
