John, my loan officer, gave me the details I needed initially. He connected me with Lori, the real estate agent within our area, and Morgan, the loan coordinator. They made the house search and paperwork super easy to deal with. In the end, there were some mishaps but it was none of their fault and out of their control. They made the whole house buying process simple and easy. If I were to do it again, it'd be with them all over again.
