The company has been helpful on this stressful journey by providing real time updates through the online portal as well as important documents. It was easy to file and upload information that was necessary. To top it off, the videos on each process step and what to expect was reassuring.
Additionally, John, our loan officer, was understanding, responsive, and provided assistance whenever I asked. Even during an unexpected hiccup in our process, he reassured me that we could still get the home that he felt like we deserved.
Lastly, Robert was on the ball immediately and helped us find our home within a week. He was knowledgeable on VA appraisals and helped us side step what could've been serious issues in some homes. His knowledge led us to a lovely home perfect for our family, a great investment, and one that passed Inspection and appraisals without major issues. I would definitely recommend this team and company.

My experience with Veterans United has been better than I could ever ask for! Rob Weigand and his team did such an amazing job helping us get in our new home quick and easy! He worked hard but he still made time to send us a house warming gift, a house warming gift that was age appropriate for our 2 young daughters at that. Rob really listened to us when we talked and he explained things that we didn’t understand. He never made us feel like a burden to him for asking tons of questions or calling him when we needed help with our “to do” list. He never got upset when my daughters interrupted our phone conversations or for being a little louder than they should have been. He just reassured me that it was completely okay, and that he understands! He was always on top of getting us the lowest interest rate possible!Jenny, our loan coordinator, was the best! I’m not a very patient person so waiting for a reply on an email is never fun but Jenny NEVER MADE ME WAIT! I don’t know how she did it but she was always able to reply to my emails almost instantly! I don’t know how to explain how appreciate I am of that! She answered all of my questions and explained everything so well!Thank you Rob and Jenny and everyone else at Veterans United who made our home buying dreams come true!!!

We are seniors. This experience was excruciating. Yes we're thankful Jason Bals and Megan for knowing their jobs. But if your expecting any kindness or patience we suggest you find your local union bank that handles VA home loans.

Veterans United was the best people that I’ve never done with him by it at home.
