Veterans United is a wonderful company helping military members own their homes. We had dreams of home ownership but, wasn't sure it would happen. The process from beginning to end was smooth. The Loan Officer knew what we needed to be approved for the loan, the Loan Specialist was informative and helpful in answering our questions immediately, and the videos on the website walked us through step by step during the process. We are now in our new home thanks to Veterans United.
Veterans United was great to work with . They walk you through everything. As in everything communication is the key and they are great. The personnel are respectful and professional always and willing to assist in any way needed. Our experience with Veterans United could not have been better in any way. Everything was fantastic. The only issue we had was that one document had to be obtained at the last minute which the underwriter caught. In my opinion, it should have been caught sooner. Due to this situation, the closing was pushed back by 7 days so that we could obtain the document that was needed.On the plus side, Mr. Pitts pushed the closing documents through his chain of command so that we could close within the next 7 days without delay. That was fantastic.

This company has the best processing system, as a ex- loan officer myself this company is second to none, underwriting was a breeze considering other companies, plus my loan officer guide me from start ti finish. I Loved them they were so easy to work with never really bothered you with too many pesky questions and cut straight to the point ! They answered all my questions if you are thinking about it go ahead and choose them .
