My experience with Veterans United was terrific. They are an excellent company to work with. Lets face it, unless you buy houses every day, you're a mortgage broker, banker or work in the mortgage industry your not going to know the in's and outs of buying a house. I didn't. I did the best I could to understand everything and asked lot's of questions. To Veterans United's credit, they answered every question to my satisfaction. The staff is friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans Chance Mullins and staff. This was our 2nd home buy and we were very stressed due to Corvid-19, but they helped us every step of the way by explaining everything in very easy to understand terms and ensure we got the best deals possible. I would recommend anyone to use them and I will plan on using them in the future if we move again.

If you are considering financing a VA loan you've reached the right place. I am a two-time customer as I made the initial purchase 3 years ago and now completed a refinance. I knew exactly where I was in the loan process every single step of the way thanks to their outstanding communication from talking to them directly over the phone, email and their online portal that is full of easy to understand educational videos that explain each step in the process. These are the folks to speak to if you are looking to use your VA home loan benifit.
Although great benefits. It was sooo much work! From mid February til last Friday! All documents requested were provided. Long hours of calling, texting amd faxing documents.
For some this process may be a breeze. For me it was not. If any desire a loan from Veterans United, be prepared to be an open book, to explain all regardless of present staus or ability to repay. Keep payment history in check.of creditors.
Other than that obtaining a loan through Veterans United offers appleasing perks such as minimum to no closing cost which saves much out of pocket expenses.
