They worked hard to get our loan processed and we even closed a week earlier than expected! At closing, our realtor mentioned how pleasurable it was to work with Veterans United because they were quick to get back to her and the VA loan process was so much better than it had been in the past. Veterans United has been a really good organization to work with.
We began as new customers years ago and refinanced since.

This has been my second time working the Veterans United. First time was the original purchase of my home and the second time was when I refinanced. Both times were a smooth and stress-free process. Any questions that I had, I was able to get answered same day (next day if I contacted them after business hours). Home buying can be difficult at times but I truly think Veterans United does their best to make your home buying experience something to enjoy.
