Veterans United has the ability to get things done like a lender with a large network of personnel, while at the same time making you feel like you are visiting your home town bank that truly cares about your well being. For us, there is no other lender.

This home buying process was challenging especially with the estimated timeline. While we did get funded while closing 2 weeks late, it caused heartache and money. I would recommend being more pessimistic with dates than optimistic. I was lucky I could make a deal with my landlord to extend my rent, but I also had to pay an entire month's rent because of it. The agents were all very nice, and at the end jumped through hoops to help. I just have to provide fellow veterans my experience and opinion.

An excellent process for Veterans/ Combat Veterans, Veterans United is really here for us "vets". I have PTSD so anyone else out there who has it as well knows that we don't have a lot of energy or effort too get stuff done anymore. These guys really help out with that in making sure that you know exactly what too do and when it needs too be done by too make the process go streamlined. Also, if you have any questions at all no matter how silly or stupid you think it may be, just ask, that's what these guys are there for.

Veterans United came out of left field for my husband and I. As first time home buyers, we were blown away by how incredible and smooth this whole process has been. Stefan Inman was one of the most professional and efficient individuals we had the pleasure of working with during this process and cannot say enough about his extensive kindness and customer service. Honestly, he and Nicole, our loan officer, made this home buying experience actually enjoyable, which I was not expecting. Veterans United had our six throughout it all, we are so absolutely grateful!

I never had to talk to anybody on the phone, which was great because it meant I didn’t have any problems. All requirements were easy to understand and the user interface on the vu website is simple and easy. I felt if I did have questions they were answered fully and very quickly by email. Matt and his team was easy to work with and very professional. If I ever need to purchase a new home I will definitely return to veterans United.
