I would have appreciated the loan origination fee was better explained from the beginning, and I wouldn't have to apply for a different mortgage to negotiate the origination fee. It would make sense if the company was able to negotiate those terms for well qualified buyers.
Carl and his team got us a better rate than USAA, provided us with incredible service, and really made us feel like we were dealing with people who cared about our family rather than a bank that just wanted our business. Any vet that buys a home without talking to someone at Veterans United is cutting themselves off from an excellent resource. They're helpful, they're not pushy, and they care about vets.
The personel at light house was very helpful also and also we would like to thank jessica Edwards she was a great help through the process
