I cannot begin to express our gratitude to the team of professionals at Veterans United Home Loans. We were extremely nervous about purchasing our first home. But the team made our experience a good one. They have earned my highest possible reccommendation. The best in the business!
Veterans United is by far the most picky and complicated loan service, and it was known by everyone except for us first time buyers. Their underwriters and loan officers were extremely picky, very unorganized, incredibly inefficient, and often rude. The total origination fees were insanely high, and our closing costs were through the roof (over twice as much as estimated by our loan officer). Veterans United needs a complete and total list of EVERYTHING needed up front so their clients are fully informed and fully prepared well before closing. They also need to reflect such competence through their loan officers.We are so incredibly unsatisfied with our experience with Veterans United and will advise anyone and everyone to stay as far away from them as possible.

Veterans United was on top of it since day one! Phill and his team were phenomenal! He was the second rep to call me in just two days. I procrastinated but they still managed to close a week early! My longtime banking partner was much less attentive. It was a joyful experience. Thank you VU!
Veterans United has fair rates and an easy to use platform for tracking your loan and submitting required documents. My lending team was efficient and extremely communicative. Their process is simple enough to take the nerves out of 1st time homebuying. Highly recommend!
