If you have a choice out of any home loan specialist, please choose Miguel Rosinski. In my personal and humble opinion everyone else would pale in comparison to him and everything he can do for a potential home buyer. If there scale was 1 to 5 (5 being the best), I would honestly have to score him off the charts around a 10.
The entire team was very helpful. Any question that was asked was answered in with a knowledgeable and quick answer. I would use them again if and when I purchase a home.

Our attorney waited last minute to order title paperwork that delayed the process. He sent incorrect paperwork that was needed in a timely manner and due to waiting last minute on title paperwork was the largest factor in multiple delays since we had no time to make the proper corrections.
