The only negative thing I have is when it came to pest inspection, my shed had carpenter bees. Being that they are found in everything throughout Mississippi, I had no problem with them and could have taken care of them myself. Since veterans United home loans wouldn’t allow that my closing date was pushed back even further than what the seller had caused it to be pushed back to.
veterans United gets the job done and get it done fast. I was initially working with another lender who told me the process would take at least 2 1/2 months, but after three weeks, there was still very little progress. So I canceled that loan application after learning about Veterans United which completed the process in about five weeks, from start to finish. Can't beat that.
My interaction with Cody King was outstanding. She was quick to respond, detailed, and extremely helpful. Cody made this process less stressful.
