I have been very impressed with my experience with Veteran's United so far (my experience has just begun as this relationship will last until the loan is paid) and I would have no hesitation to share my experience with others. They are absolutely concerned with MY convenience to go as far as sending an agent to close the loan to my home at a time best for ME. When the loan was funded, sent any follow-up overnight, and the agent called me the moment the deal was complete. Very professional AND very personal!
The problem i had with this company was I was preapproved 3 to 4 months before I found a house. Once I found one I liked I had to jump through hoops to get it officially approved. That's crap if I'm preapproved all I should have to do is get there house, not do a bunch of extra things to make them finance me.
